Some examples of green smoothies:

2 cups of fresh spinach
1 banana
1/2 pineapple
1-2 cup of water

or

2 handfuls of fresh arugula
1 bunch of fresh parsley
1 banana
1 apple
1 pear
1 lemon
optional: 1-2 pitted dates
about 2 cups of water

Blend the ingredients in your blender until smooth.
Enjoy fresh.

More examples of raw food recipes:

Carrot soup

4 carrots
2 TBSP cold-pressed olive oil
1 TBSP almond butter
1 TBSP sea salt or Himalaya salt
1 TBSP curry powder
1/2 TBSP paprika powder
about 300 ml of water

Blend all ingredients in your blender until a smooth mixtures results.
Garnish with fresh green onions and fresh herbs, 1/2 avocado if you like, and enjoy.

2 ripe bananas
1 bag of frozen strawberries

Blend all ingredients in your blender until a smooth mixtures results.
Garnish with fresh strawberries or pieces of bananas and enjoy.
